Modelling buildings
Although we aren’t architects or involved in architectural design, we have often provided services to architectural companies, in particular converting 2D drawings to 3D models. Our drafting team can interpret architectural drawings and plans to create 3D models for visual rendering and space checks. Liaising with our rapid prototyping suppliers, we can also build scale models of buildings with as much or as little detail as you require.
2D CAD services
2D CAD data is rarely used for the production of parts these days. We usually only use 2D data for the manufacture of sheet metal components. 2D drawings are usually produced to support 3D CAD data with tolerance information and other detail that cannot be specified in the 3D file. Our CAD tools allow us to generate 2D drawings quickly and easily from 3D data. If your application requires the production of 2D drawings, we have experience in producing drawings to British Standards.

We've got a NURB...
Our CAD systems are NURBS based modellers which means a high degree of accuracy that is industry standard.
Presentations
Much of our architectural work is for clients who need quick visual representations of designs for presentations. We can model buildings similar to the ones on this page within a couple of days and provide as much details as you require.
