With good links to suppliers of many services nationally and internationally, we can offer assistance with manufacturing in part or full. We recently expanded our supplier network in China to include large tooling and moulding companies that have passed several quality assurance checks and have workforces of over 500 employees.
Understanding the needs of our suppliers abroad and maintaining good relationships with them allows us to better our service with our clients. We have access to suppliers who produce tools and components for large OEM’s including Audi and BMW.
Plastic moulding design
We have extensive experience of low-high volume plastic component design using production methods including vacuum casting, vacuum forming, rotational moulding, injection moulding, blow moulding and extrusion. From micro-moulded components to large glass-reinforced doors, we have the tools and experience to design your items with efficiency and accuracy. We have worked with all common moulding plastics and reinforced materials including ABS, PC, TPS, PET, PETG, PVC, PP, PS, HIPS and medical grades.
