Product design is a fusion of aesthetic creation and applied science that can improve a products’ marketability by improving its sale appeal and efficiency of production. During a product design process, the development of a product will undergo a series of progressive stages to ensure it can be exploited fully on a commercial level. The design process will optimise every aspect of the products attributes to maximise return.

We offer a full product design and development service from concept sketching to rapid prototyping, design analysis to the production of tooling drawings. We have close links with national and international suppliers and toolmakers specialising in a range of production processes including established companies in China. We are also happy to liaise with your own supplier recommendations if you have any.

Plastic moulding design

We have extensive experience of low-high volume plastic component design using production methods including vacuum casting, vacuum forming, rotational moulding, injection moulding, blow moulding and extrusion. From micro-moulded components to large glass-reinforced doors, we have the tools and experience to design your items with efficiency and accuracy. We have worked with all common moulding plastics and reinforced materials including ABS, PC, TPS, PET, PETG, PVC, PP, PS, HIPS and medical grades.
